P. Levantis Development & Construction originates from its founder G. Levantis who operated in the 50s 60s and 70s by developing numerous commercial and residential projects. Indicatively are stated the developments of  an office building in Vathis square, Athens (housing today the Ministry of Agricultural Development), a 70 apartment complex in Halandri Athens, numerous apartments in Alexandras av Athens, resort summer houses in Lagonisi Beach etc. In the 80s and 90s, under the name Levantis Construction, it developed numerous commercial and selected residential projects.                         Today, capitalizing the acquired experience, it continues dynamically its course and is able to offer integrated solutions to the accommodation needs of organizations, companies (commercial projects), families and private individuals (residential projects). Furthermore, it serves various bodies and individuals in relation of any phase  of the development and construction of a building project.
